CANCELLATION POLICY
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of your scheduled service (s) will be charged to the card on file. No-shows will be charged 100%. This policy applies to all reasons for cancellation or changes, including those related to your menstrual cycle. Clients are given a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $5 late fee will be applied to the remaining balance. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will need to reschedule. The no-show policy will still apply in this case.
